Pure Passion Program Hosts


Host # 1 - David Kyle Foster (Seasons 1-3)

David is the producer and co-host of "Pure Passion". God rescued Dr. Foster from a life of serious bondage to sexual sin and brokenness 28 years ago. He is the author of Sexual Healing: A Biblical Guide to Finding Freedom from Sexual Sin and Brokenness and Transformed Into His Image: Hidden Steps on the Journey to Christlikeness.

David has served as adjunct professor at Asbury Theological Seminary, The Bible Institute of Hawaii, Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry and Logos Christian College & Graduate School, and is on the faculty of the Wagner Leadership Institute. His articles often appear in Christian journals and magazines (Charisma, New Man, Rev, Touchstone, et al) and he often appears on local and national television and radio programs, (-e.g., The Dr. Phil Show, The 700 Club, Coral Ridge Hour, etc).

Host # 2 - Jayson Graves (Season 3)

Jayson Graves, M.MFT, husband of Susan and father of Selah, is a Christian Psychotherapist specializing in Sexual Addictions Recovery and unwanted Same-Gender Attractions. He enjoys helping his clients from both a clinical and personal frame as a person in recovery himself. Born and raised in Washington, he received his Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University.

With the bulk of his experience coming from working in youth ministries, community mental health and men’s ministry, Jayson has also enjoyed working with couples and young adults. His passion is to see people set free from sexual addictions, unwanted same-gender attractions and other forms of relational brokenness through forgiveness, accountability, faith and purity.

He is the founder and director of the international counseling ministry "Healing For The Soul" (www.healingforthesoul.org) and The SoulHealer Foundation, and pioneered his first original idea: Teleconference Recovery Groups for men, for wives and for parents of same-gender strugglers in recovery worldwide. Jayson is a member of Exodus International’s Board of Directors and of the AACC and SASH.

Along with counseling individuals and couples and facilitating groups he has enjoyed speaking across the country in Churches, to Men’s groups and to Youth ministries.

Jayson served as a national Program Director for New Life Ministry’s Every Man’s Battle intensive workshops (www.everymansbattle.com) and is the founder and host of The Blazing Grace Show, a weekly radio program focusing on sexual brokenness and recovery.



Sy Rogers (Season 1)

Regarded as a gifted international communicator, award-winning talk show host, recording artist and pastor, Sy has served for over two decades in ministry as a pastoral care specialist regarding sexuality and related concerns. His seminars and speaking events are conducted trans-denominationally on 6 continents, for a wide variety of audiences including leadership conferences, counseling training, youth festivals, and men's events such as Promise Keepers. His insights and dramatic life story have been featured in numerous international media interviews & articles (such as Donohue, 700 Club, Good Morning Australia, The Phillip Adams Show), as well as being featured in several books written by authors such as Dr. James Kennedy (Thomas Nelson Publ), Thomas Trask (Zondervon Publ) and Philip Baker (W&P Publ).

In 1996, Christianity Today Magazine selected Sy as one of "Fifty Up & Coming Evangelical Leaders Under 40". In 2004 Sy became an adjunct professor at King's College, New York City, and is a frequent speaker in major Christian Universities & Colleges. Married since 1982, Sy and his family have resided in Asia for 7 years where he was one of 25 pastors with the dynamic Anglican "Church of Our Saviour" in Singapore, and in the South Pacific for almost 4 years, where his ministry is part of Youth for Christ New Zealand. Christine Sneeringer (Season 1)

Christine left the lesbian life to follow Christ and now serves as director of Worthy Creations Ministry at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Worthy Creations is a Christian outreach to homosexuals, and a member ministry of Exodus International. Christine speaks at conferences around the globe on God's power to transform the homosexual and victims of childhood sexual abuse. Alan Chambers (Season 1)

Alan Chambers is the President of Exodus International. His own decision to leave homosexuality more than fifteen years ago gives him tremendous insight as he addresses the cultural problems and public policies surrounding this difficult issue in churches, colleges and various public forums around the world.

Alan has been interviewed by numerous television, radio and print outlets across North America and Europe, including World and Time magazines, ABC's 20/20, Nightline and Good Morning America and MSNBC's Buchanan & Press. He was listed in Charisma magazine as one of the top Christian leaders who represent the future of the American church.

Alan's first book about how the evangelical church can reach out to homosexuals with truth and bold love was released in September of 2006. It is entitled God's Grace and the Homosexual Next Door: Reaching the Heart of the Gay Men and Women in Your World.
